Criminal Defense

When you are confronted with a criminal charge, having an attorney with knowledge and experience in the criminal justice system is especially important.

Darla Pollman Rogers served as Sully County State's Attorney from 1981 to 1997, and Lindsey Riter-Rapp spent five years as an attorney at the Public Defender's Office in Rapid City, South Dakota. In addition to having been responsible for prosecuting crimes on behalf of the State of South Dakota, Darla and Lindsey have also defended numerous clients charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes in the state and federal court systems in South Dakota. Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration

Insurance defense litigation in one of the principal areas of practice of the firm. Robert C. Riter earlier completed service on the Board of Directors for the Defense Research Institute, which is a group of approximately 21,000 attorneys practicing principally in the area of defending claims.
