Thomas Hart

Thomas (Tom) received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from the University of South Dakota in 1996. Tom then worked in Chicago, Illinois, on the Chicago Board of Trade for a private equity fund. In 2006, Tom graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law. While attending law school, Tom was a member and officer of the University of South Dakota Moot Court Board and Order of the Barrister. Upon graduation from law school, Tom worked as an attorney in the Sioux Falls office of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C.

Tom is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in South Dakota and is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota. His practice focuses on Business and Corporate Law, Transactional Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law and General Civil Practice.
